Fortnite remains one of the biggest games in the world. Epic Games’ battle royale title conquered the gaming industry when it was first released in 2017, with plenty of copycats looking to replicate its success in the years since.
Because Fortnite has so many players, it’s only natural that some glitches are going to be found along the way. Most of the biggest exploits are patched by Epic Games as quickly as they’re discovered, so we want to show you a few that are still in the game today. After all, what good is it knowing about a bug if you can’t use it?
Stick around for some of the most famous Fortnite glitches, including an infinite XP glitch that you can use today!
Fortnite Mantle Jump Glitch
If you’re suffering from high ping in a game of Fortnite, when you mantle to a higher ledge, there is a small chance that you’ll be launched into the air. Unless you can catch yourself on another ledge, it’s highly likely you’ll die from fall damage when using this glitch.
If you can somehow use it to climb another player’s build, you could surprise them for an easy kill. Still, it’s a big risk, and not easily reproducible.
Fortnite Underground Clipping Glitch
If your vehicle has been rifted, there’s a chance that landing while driving will result in you clipping under the world in Fortnite. It’s interesting to watch, but given it results in an instant elimination, it’s not exactly useful.
However, knowing about the existence of the glitch can make it easier to avoid while driving. All you need to do is be careful when taking on big jumps, and it shouldn’t happen!
Fortnite Loot Shark Vehicle Launch
The Loot Shark vehicle launch is another glitch that won’t give you an advantage, but there’s no denying that it’s extremely funny. How it works is simple. When a Loot Shark bites a vehicle, there’s a chance both will be sent flying outside of the map.
We’re not talking from one side of the map to the other. No – this sends you far, far further than that. It’s ridiculous and obviously eliminates you from the game, but you’ll at least get a chuckle from it.
Fortnite Rocket Ride Glitch
This is definitely one of the most useful glitches on this list, but it can take some time to make it consistent. If you fire a rocket from a rocket launcher, another player on your team can actually jump onto it if timed perfectly. They’ll then be riding the rocket until it explodes.
This is an amazing way to travel long distances extremely fast, and you can even use it to gain height, too. It’ll certainly take a lot of practice to make this Fortnite glitch possible on a consistent basis, but if you and your friends put the time in, it can be a powerful addition to any player’s arsenal.
Fortnite Empty Inventory
While playing the Save the World game type in Fortnite, it’s possible for a glitch to occur for you to spawn with a completely empty inventory, leaving you unable to build, too. This is quite a frustrating glitch, but it’s nothing to worry about.
This Fortnite glitch is actually related to your connection to the game’s server. All you need to do is leave the game and reconnect. This should solve your problem.
Fortnite Infinite XP Glitch Map
Let’s be honest – the Fortnite infinite XP glitch is what you really came here for. By using custom maps, you can actually go AFK and earn infinite XP in Fortnite. Here’s how to do it.
This will actually require a little research on your part outside of the game. Because infinite XP maps in Fortnite are so broken, Epic Games is patching them daily to make sure as few players can use them as possible. If you head on over to YouTube and search for infinite XP maps on Fortnite, make sure your filter is set to the last 24 hours, as this is how fast they’re being removed from the game. These videos should give you a map code to enter, where you’ll be able to start a private game and earn infinite XP AFK in Fortnite.
Unfortunately, we can’t show you any specific maps. They’re being patched at such a fast rate that it’d almost certainly be out of date by the time you read this.
How To Report Glitches in Fortnite
We get it – some glitches in Fortnite can be extremely frustrating to experience. It’s understandable to want the worst of the bunch patched, so we’re going to show you how to report bugs in Fortnite to help Epic Games fix them faster.
- Open the game’s menu
- Select “Reporting/Feedback”
- Press “Report a Bug”
- Select the categories that the Fortnite glitch falls under to describe the bug
It’s as easy as that. You can play your part in making sure Fortnite is as glitch-free as possible, if you choose.
