Halo 4 Gets Limited Edition Console Bundle

Halo 4 Gets Limited Edition Console Bundle

None

Microsoft and developer 343 Industries have announced that the upcoming Halo 4 will be getting its own limited edition console bundle when the game launches later this fall.

Details were given at Comic-Con over the weekend. The bundle is currently available for pre-order, and includes the much-anticipated shooter, a Halo 4–themed 320GB Xbox 360 console, two Halo 4–themed controllers, a standard wired headset, and Xbox LIVE tokens for “exclusive in-game and avatar marketplace content.” The console’s “ring of light” and the controllers’ Xbox Guide buttons will even glow blue instead of the typical green too, if you’re into that sort of thing. The whole package will run you $399.99.

In addition, Microsoft will be selling a separate Halo 4–themed, limited edition wireless controller for $59.99, with this one featuring the UNSC logo from the game on a dark gray body.

Both the bundle and the separate controller will be launching alongside the game, so expect to see them when Halo 4 drops for the Xbox 360 on November 6.
