Rejoice, The Division players! You have a new way to farm high end items and experience. You’ll need to get together a group of four level 30 players for a Challenge Mode mission, but trust me, this The Division exploit is worth it. You’re going to get the chance to get some good stuff.
Once you have a group together, you need to take on the Russian Consulate daily mission. First, go through the mission as normal, up to just before the final area before heading outside. Beat the two snipers and three shotgunners, but don’t go anywhere. One person will stay in this location, while the other three walk back to the start of this The Division mission’s entrance area. They take a right, then another right, to go around the building and reach the Murray Hill gate.

These people will put down some shields, one to get in and one to leave. Those three stand outside the mission area while the fourth player, who was waiting, runs in and rushes the gate. The second shield triggers a glitch that keeps all four players out of the mission, but the enemies around. You kill Hornet to get four pieces of gear.
One player then kills him or herself next to the gate, not outside of it, so The Division thinks the mission failed. The fallen player gets to respawn, as do all enemies, and the people can go through and keep killing Hornet as often as they need to, all to get the items they want. You just use that one first shield that was put down to get in and grab the loot.
Pretty great exploit, right?
