Recently, Microsoft has announced that it will be ending its production run of Inside Xbox. All first-party video content in the U.S. will be discontinued including Major’s Minute, Featured Videos, and Insider Movies. However, other regions will be unaffected. Mexico and Japan will continue to produce first-party content, though it won’t be under the Inside Xbox name. Canada, Australia, and New Zealand will no longer have Inside Xbox content, but the verdict is out on whether or not new first-party content will come out to replace it. The state of Microsoft’s first-party content in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa is still up in the air as Microsoft is reportedly “looking at its operating model.”
