Microsoft Announces Monthly Inside Xbox Live Stream

Microsoft announced a brand new community event today via Major Nelson. “Inside Xbox” is set to be a new platform for the company to communicate with fans and vice versa. It will be a once a month live stream through the company’s various platforms that will bring fans all kinds of insider news and behind-the-scenes views of Microsoft and its games.

Each live streamed episode will have friendly hosts like Larry Hryb, Graeme Boyd, Jeff Rubenstein, Alex Hebert, and Lydia Ellery, interviews with all kinds of industry folks, prizes/giveaways, and highlighted comments/questions from fans. Those looking to participate in the show can use the hashtag #insidexbox on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram. From there one of two community desk leads will possibly respond and/or feature you on the show. The prizes are apparently going to be widely varied, and sometimes include things that will require an active Mixer account.

The very first Inside Xbox live stream is set for March 10 at 12PM PT/3pm ET. If you want to pop in, you’ll be able to find it at Mixer.com/Xbox, YouTube.com/Xbox, Twitch.tv/Xbox, or Facebook.com/Xbox. The team from Rare will be on hand to talk about Sea of Thieves . This will include information on launch and post-launch content, thoughts on the feedback they were given during the Closed Beta, and how the game was designed. Nico Bihary (Microsoft Studios Executive Producer) will also be there talking about PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds , Far Cry 5 , and more. News will be coming about Xbox Game Pass, and upcoming console features.

Will you be tuning in to the inaugural episode on March 10 at 12PM PT?
