All Dark Souls III news is good news, even if it doesn’t pertain to our region. For example, finding out the game will release in Japan on March 24, 2016 is helpful, as it provides an expectation for release in other regions. We can take that information and hope for a simultaneous worldwide release, or at least for something in Spring 2016.
A Japanese network test beta for Dark Souls III was also announced. It will be held October 16-18. If you happen to have a Japanese PlayStation Network account, you can always try to sign up before October 4.
The Tokyo Game Show will begin September 17. From Software is supposed to announce worldwide release dates for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of Dark Souls III soon. Perhaps they’ll come during the event?
