Orcs Must Die!, the descriptively named and inventive tower defense game from Robot Entertainment, tasks players with taking on the role of the War Mage and dispatching the green armies of interlopers with sword, bow, spells and, of course, ingenious and entertaining traps. In a recent press release, the good folks at Robot Entertainment have revealed that the game will be playable, on both PC and Xbox 360, at the upcoming PAX Prime.



While we’re currently gearing up for Gamescom in Cologne, PAX Prime, running from August 26 to 28 in Seattle, Washington, is definitely on U.S. gamers’ minds. Robot hopes to bring players by with promises of a playable demo, merch that includes hats and buttons and, perhaps most enticing, a Steam code for a Cardboard Tube Samurai costume for the War Mage in their upcoming game. Though currently without a solid release date, Orcs Must Die! will be out this year as a digital download on both the Xbox Live Arcade and PC.
