Keiji Inafune is dedicated to the gaming business even though he no longer works for Capcom. His first non-Capcom project was a weird combination of cute Japanese animation, social gaming, and the Island of Dr. Moreau.
His next game, however, will strike at a topic that is a little bit more familiar to gamers: zombies!
The latest issue of Famitsu revealed Inafune’s brand new zombie game currently titled Yaiba. There isn’t a whole lot of information about the title, and all details about gameplay and plot are being kept under wraps. Heck, we don’t even know what platforms the game will be released on, or when it will be released. All we really know is that it’s a zombie game tied to Inafune, and considering Inafune worked with the Resident Evil and Dead Rising series in the past, it should be good.
Hopefully we will end up hearing more about Yaiba when the Tokyo Game Show kicks off next week.
