Kingdom Hearts: [Dream Drop Distance]will be hitting the 3DS in Japan next year, but we’ve finally gotten confirmation that it will also be heading to the West. That’s right, we’ll be seeing releases in both North America and Europe. This is good news for Kingdom Hearts fans, though it’s not quite as exciting as a full-blown Kingdom Hearts 3 would be.
Kingdom Hearts 3D will support the Circle Pad Pro, the bulky twenty-dollar accessory that adds a second circle pad to the 3DS and is sold only at GameStop. The game will come out in March in Japan, but Kingdom Hearts games generally take a pretty long time to localize. So don’t expect this to hit our shelves until right around the Mayan apocalypse.
