Lex Luthor Voice Actor Voicing Deathstroke in Batman: Arkham Origins

Lex Luthor Voice Actor Voicing Deathstroke in Batman: Arkham Origins

Andy Dufresne of The Shawshank Redemption and Bruce Wayne now find they both have a mutual enemy: actor Mark Rolston.

With a constant barrage of TV and Internet spots promoting the upcoming Batman: Arkham Origins game, many have been curious as to who voices one of the game’s primary (and infamous) antagonists Deathstroke.

On reddit, WB Montreal Creative Director Eric Holmes confirmed the actor did in fact voice the mercenary. “Wow, there have been so many people chasing that one. Exclusive reveal, it’s MARK ROLSTON who brings the Terminator to life. You may know him from YOUNG JUSTICE (Lex!) and ALIENS (Drake!)” said Holmes.

Mark Rolston is known for his role as Bogs in iconic film The Shawshank Redemption , among other great film and TV work.

However, gamers were a bit disappointed to hear that staples of the Arkham franchise Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill would not be joining the cast. Of course, these two created what many considered to be the definitive versions of both Batman and The Joker with their portrayals on the hit show Batman: The Animated Series . Their presence was a huge unifying thread in the first two Arkham games that tied it to the classic cartoon. It’s also speculated that Conroy may return as Batman in the next Arkahm game, with development possibly once again returning to original studio Rocksteady.
