Mighty Gunvolt , the 2D Mega Man-esque, platformer made by Inti Creates and starring Beck from Mighty No. 9 and Azure Strike Gunvolt from his titular game, is coming to the PS4 and PS Vita, and it’s getting expanded. Now called Gal Gunvolt , the game will include Ekoro from Gal Gun as a playable character as well. Each character will control like they do from their game of origin, and they will each have their own unique weapons and abilities to take advantage of. The game will also include 4 extra stages that were originally released for Mighty Gunvolt as DLC.
Gal Gunvolt will release in Japan on August 6. A North American release has not yet been confirmed, but we can likely expect it here sometime soon. The game will cost 500 yen or approximately $4.
