Mirror’s Edge Catalyst seemed like something people could get excited about. Especially since it was supposed to come out on February 23, 2016, right in the midst of the after-holidays dry spell. Don’t count on seeing it then, though, as DICE says it needs another three months.
Sara Jansson, Mirror’s Edge Catalyst ‘s producer, made the announcement. DICE needs more time to make sure the game meets the developer’s standards. Apparently, that goal couldn’t be reached four months from now. That’s why Mirror’s Edge Catalyst will be released on May 24, 2016.
Mirror’s Edge Catalyst will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
