If you’re a PlayStation 3 owner and plan to jump head-first into the next-gen when it launches next month, you can use your current console to pre-order many of the launch titles…right now!
After recently making both Knack ($59.99) and Warframe (Free) open for pre-order to PS3 users, Pierre Gravereau (Director of Digital Distribution) posted the following announcement on the PlayStation.Blog: “Today we’re rolling out more PS4 game pre-orders on PlayStation Store. Last week, we made Knack and Warframe available for pre-order, and today we’re releasing pre-orders for Killzone: Shadow Fall , Call of Duty: Ghosts , Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag , and Battlefield 4 .”
Gamers won’t just be guaranteeing their favorite launch titles the day of their release, but they’ll also be rewarded with a slew of nice little pre-order perks. The blog also posted a chart breaking down exactly what you’ll get with each title if you do pre-order, which are as follows:
