My Nintendo has a pretty sweet deal for people who happen to sign up for the membership program. When your birthday rolls around, you get a coupon you can put toward 30% off of an eShop game. It’s good until the last day of the month in which your birthday falls on a single 3DS or Wii U download. The catch? Nintendo tells you which games to which it can be applied.
The good news? The 12 3DS and Wii U games that can be discounted with the My Nintendo birthday coupon are all good ones. Like, they’re really good games. Which brings us to the bad news. They’re so good, you probably already own them.

If you don’t already own them, Captain Toad, Splatoon, Super Smash Bros, Xenoblade Chronicles X , and Yoshi’s Woolly World are probably the best games on the list. But, in a pinch, Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon or Kirby Triple Deluxe will do!
