Yesterday, we reported that NetherRealm Studios is planning to put the Mortal Kombat franchise on hiatus so they can focus their attention on another project. However, this may not actually be the case. Warp Zoned took a look at Ed Boon’s Twitter account and found some discrepancies between Boon’s tweets and the widely circulated MK hiatus story. Apparently, very recently, Boon tweeted that NetherRealm was “working on MK and non-MK games! :)”
