Earlier this week, a Moon Studios rep confirmed in a NeoGAF thread that Ori and The Blind Forest turned a profit in a week. The rep added that the game took nearly five years to complete and that Microsoft is very happy with the results so far.
Ori and the Blind Forest is an exceptional independently developed platform adventure game that is currently out on the PC and Xbox One. The game has received a ton of praise from several media outlets and is also expected to release on the Xbox 360 later this year.
I actually just started playing the game earlier this week and I must say that it truly is worthy of all the praise that it has been getting. If you are interested in trying out the game, you definitely should do so.
