Welcome to another Persona day everyone. Since Atlus loves to announce all their Persona info at once, we have a ton of new announcements for this popular JRPG franchise. Next, we have news about what is perhaps the strangest new Persona game coming out, Persona 4: Dancing All Night , which was just confirmed for American release.
Dancing All Night is, essentially, a Persona themed rhythm game. Being produced for the PlayStation Vita, the game will essentially have Ouendan style controls, asking you to tap and drag to the beat of Persona music. Now we can all feel like Da Da Da Da Da! Persona 3 fans know what I’m talking about.
There’s actually a plot to this strange game. Apparently, a mysterious Midnight Stage has been appearing in Inaba at night. Pop idols are going missing and the only way to save them IS BY DANCING! Now that is award winning storytelling. The game is set to come out sometime in 2015, likely concurrent with the release of Persona 5 .
