Eggs are showing up in Pokemon Go gyms, and I’m not talking about Exeggcute. People are actually putting eggs as their Pokemon after gym battles. Which means we’re seeing a Pokemon Go exploit that absolutely ruins the game.
If you haven’t seen an egg in a Pokemon Go gym, you’re in luck. It’s a horrible thing. Eggs have no CP (health) and know no moves. This glitch makes it impossible to defeat a gym. Instead, this Pokemon Go exploit temporarily assures players the gym is theirs for good, giving them a steady stream of coins for “defending” the post.
Videos have appeared online, proving this Pokemon Go exploit is for real. This is no joke. Or, should I say, it’s no yolk! (I’m sorry.)
Niantic takes cheating seriously in Pokemon Go . People using GPS spoofers have been punished. Trying to take advantage of this egg gym exploit could get you suspended or banned, so don’t do it.
