While Clank’s voice actor already somewhat spoiled this reveal towards the beginning of the month stating “We’re working on more R & C currently,” he didn’t give any details about the game. Today Insomniac made the duo’s upcoming adventure official, announcing Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One.  The game is being developed by Insomniac’s North Carolina studio, and it is a slight departure from the typical Ratchet & Clank formula. All 4 One boasts drop-in and out co-op for up to four players, both online and off, and will have gameplay that focuses on teamwork to achieve success. The playable characters shown so far are Ratchet, Clank, Dr. Nefarious, and Captain Quark. Unfortunately, we’ve got a long wait to speculate how this will all work out as the game is slated for a fall 2011 release. |
