Rayman Origins Spreading The Love

Rayman Origins Spreading The Love

None

Rayman Origins sprung out of left field last year to capture the hearts of traditional platforming fans across the globe. It’s a brilliant, gorgeous, unabashedly traditional side-scroller with charm to spare and a killer co-op mode for those with the friends and controllers to make it happen. It’s a strange thing, though, seeing such a throwback on store shelves next to other Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii games. Wouldn’t it be more at home on, say, a handheld?

Well, those who have been holding out for a plumber-free portable platformer fix will get their wish when the game comes to the PlayStation Vita on February 14 (a day before the early launch) and the 3DS on March 20. Further, gamers without a dedicated gaming system, who play all of their games on the PC, will be able to adventure through Rayman’s latest limbless adventure on March 29, when the title hits the most traditional of all gaming platforms.
