Harmonix has announced that its latest installment in the Rock Band franchise, the peripheral-free Rock Band Blitz, will be coming to PlayStation Network on August 28, and to Xbox LIVE Arcade on August 29, for $14.99 and 1200 Microsoft Points, respectively. Blitz will be compatible with all of your past Rock Band DLC and exported tracks, and features over 20 unique tracks that will ship with the game’s launch. Harmonix has also detailed four new tracks today, including “So Far Away” by Avenged Sevenfold, “Jungle Boogie” by Kool & The Gang, “Sing” by My Chemical Romance, and “We are Young” by Fun.
