Scooby-Doo is a retro action-adventure game based on the iconic mystery-solving franchise of the same name. Gargoyle Games developed the game in 1986, while Elite Systems published it for the ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, Commodore 64, and Commodore Plus/4. Even before its release, there was much hype and excitement around Scooby-Doo.
The game was marketed as “the first-ever computer cartoon”. Scooby-Doo manages to bring the beloved cartoon to life in a brand-new medium. Although Scooby-Doo is a simplistic game without much challenge, it can still be a fun and addictive experience.
