Sony of Japan Announces Three New Vita Titles

Sony of Japan has just announced that three Vita titles not previously slated for American release will be localized for both the US and Europe. The first game is Freedom Wars , which was announced last year. It’s an action RPG set in the future, where players are put in a penal colony monitored by almost 13 million security cameras. Sony calls the game a “rescue multiplayer action game” and up to eight players can play the game at the same time online. It is scheduled for release in late 2014.

The second game is Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines , another JRPG centered around Japanese mythology. The story revolves around a clan, who is cursed to live out their entire lives in the span of two years. You will be forced to give birth to later and later generations of your clan, strengthening your bloodline in order to survive. The game is not yet dated.

The last game is Soul Sacrifice Delta , a new version of last year’s Soul Sacrifice . It’s basically an update pack, bring in new Archfiends, new sorcerers, new arenas, new spells, and tons of new quests. It is slated for a May 14 th release.
