Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:

Platinum SpongeBob (Platinum): Unlock all trophies.
Pirateer (Gold): Complete the Dutchman’s Triangle levels.
Hard Rock (Gold): Complete the Rock Bottom levels.
Beach Head (Gold): Complete the Bikini Bottom levels.
Master Sponge (Gold): Unlock all Gizmos and upgrades for SpongeBob.
Master Squirrel (Gold): Unlock all Gizmos and upgrades for Sandy.
Master Star (Gold): Unlock all Gizmos and upgrades for Patrick.
Master Squid (Gold): Unlock all Gizmos and upgrades for Squidward.
Master Crab (Gold): Unlock all Gizmos and upgrades for Mr. Krabs.
Bot Wrecker (Bronze): Players destroy 250 enemies.
Seaweed Squashed (Bronze): Win the first encounter against Plankton.
Lock and Load (Bronze): Unlock the Pickle Blaster.
Skydiver (Bronze): Complete the first freefall section.
Coral Skydiver (Bronze): Complete any freefall section without any players taking damage.
Sea Warrior (Bronze): Complete a level without being defeated or revived.
Master Overloader (Bronze): Players defeat 50 enemies by overloading them.
Field Medic (Bronze): Players revive allies 20 times.
Not Defeated Yet (Bronze): Players revive an ally.
Decked Out (Bronze): Unlock and fully upgrade any Gizmo.
Armed to the Gills (Gold): Unlock every Gizmo on a single character.
Team Sponge (Gold): Complete a level with 4 players.
