StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void Opens in November

StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void Opens in November

There’s big news for people who love StarCraft II. Blizzard has revealed a release date for the game’s expansion pack. Come November 10, a $40 standard, $60 digital deluxe, and $80 collector’s edition will be available. People who pre-order immediately get a Whispers of Oblivion prologue to the expansion that’s three missions long.

Here’s a cinematic trailer to accompany that release date. It’s rather spiffy and highlights the Protoss struggle to defeat the Zerg and reclaim Aiur.

November 10 is going to be an incredibly busy day. Starcraft II: Legacy of the Void expansion will be facing off against Fallout 4, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Rodea the Sky Soldier. It’s going to be an expensive month.
