This week’s Street Fighter V beta is a bust so far. If you attempted to get online and start playing it last night, you already knew that. It was a mess. Nobody could get online or enjoy any matches. Things are broken, so Capcom has temporarily shut it down.
An extended maintenance period has begun on the Street Fighter V beta. Apparently, the problems can only be fixed if the servers are turned off for an unknown amount of time, then turned back on again. Kind of reminds you of the time when your internet went down, and you had to turn your router off and on again to restore it, right?
There’s no word on how long it will last. We also don’t know how this will influence the beta test dates for the game. Hopefully, the maintenance will be brief and the beta extended.
