Ubisoft unveiled the title of their third installment of their popular remake on the Prince of Persia games. Entitled Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones, the game will be released this December on PS2, Xbox, GameCube and PC.
The title might be foreshadowing the Prince’s inability to settle down and rule over his kingdom, due to the increasing personality conflicts he’s been exhibiting ever since he unleashed the Sands of Time in the first game.
“Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones will allow players to explore the two different sides of the Prince’s divided soul,” said Yannis Mallat, executive producer for The Two Thrones. “The Prince will battle with his inner demons and explore his alter ego. He’ll struggle with the boundaries between good and evil in his quest to regain his rightful place as ruler of Babylon.”
Players will undoubtedly be chomping at the bit to take the Prince out for a new stroll this December.
