The Unfinished Swan Coming To PSN

None

Yesterday, the official U.S. PlayStation blog post announced a brand new title, The Unfinished Swan, that will be making its way to PSN.

The Unfinished Swan is a first-person painting game. You take the role of a character stuck in a white void. However, your character is able to throw around globs of paint in the void, and, as the paint touches the environment, a world is created around you. You can then explore that world, creating more of it as you throw paint around you.

According to the blog post “The painting a white world stuff is actually just the first 15 minutes. After that, things get really weird.” We can’t wait.

The game is unfinished (appropriately enough), and an official release date has not yet been given. However, the game has been in the worlds since 2008, so it’s safe to assume that it is nearing the end of its development cycle. Hopefully we will see more of this strange surrealist painting game this year at E3.
