Square Enix has officially announced that three new Final Fantasy XIII titles currently under development. Two of the games are being created for the PlayStation 3 and one is for cell phones. The PlayStation 3 titles are called FFXIII and FF Versus XIII. The cell phone game will be named FF Agito XIII. The three titles are all a part of a bigger project called the Fabula Nova Crystallis Project which boasts “numerous original titles that run parallel with one another” and share a common mythology.
In addition to the exciting FFXIII news, Square Enix has announced two new Wii games, Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and Tower of Mirrors, a launch title, and Codename: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Crystal Bearers. We don’t have information on these games at this point, but we will keep you posted as we learn more.
