Twitch Partners Up With E3 for Official Streams

Twitch Partners Up With E3 for Official Streams

If you can’t get to E3 2016, Twitch is going to be the place to go for the next best thing. The ESA and the livestreaming site have formed a partnership. Anyone who wants to see press conferences and official footage from the show floor will find it at the E3 on Twitch site .

At the moment, there isn’t much to see on E3 on Twitch. A site, with an official schedule, is available, but there’s no footage to watch. Naturally, this is because the coverage won’t begin until June 12. Still, it’s ready to be bookmarked.

Here’s the full E3 on Twitch schedule.

  • June 12, 1pm PT: EA Press Conference
  • June 12, 7pm PT: Bethesda E3 Showcase
  • June 12, 8:30pm PT: Official Twitch E3 2016 Pre-Pre-Show
  • June 13, 9:30am PT: Xbox E3 Briefing
  • June 13, 11:30am PT: The PC Gaming Show
  • June 13, 1pm PT: Ubisoft E3 Press Conference
  • June 13, 6pm PT: PlayStation E3 Experience
  • June 14, 9am PT: Nintendo Treehouse LIVE @ E3
  • June 14, 10:30am-7pm PT: E3 2016 Main Event @ the Twitch Booth
  • June 15th 10:00am-7pm PT: E3 2016 Main Event @ the Twitch Booth
  • June 16th, 10:00am-6pm PT: E3 2016 Main Event @ the Twitch Booth

While the official press conferences will be handled by companies, the Pre-Pre-Show and E3 2016 Main Event @ the Twitch Booth shows will be hosted by Alex Corea, Anna Prosser, djWheat, Ezekiel_iii, FutureManGaming, Jon Carnage, Kelly Link, MANvsGAME, SeltzerPlease, and Swiftor.

It’s great to have a one-stop spot for streaming. While the official press conferences will be on YouTube as well, you have a contained space on Twitch you can leave open all day, if you’d like, seeing all of the most important footage.
