In a not-so-shocking announcement, Prince of Persia producer, Ben Mattes confirmed that forthcoming DLC for PoP will be made available post-release. “Our intention is to do downloadable content that really offers a lot of value for the player – another experience.” What is so interesting about the comment is that they are looking to channel the use of DLC to deliver truly compelling additional content. The words, “another experience” have piqued our interest. We just hope they’re not trying to sell us $70 game ($60 for the game plus another $10 for what would normally have been included out of the box).
