Ubisoft has revealed its sales figures for the first fiscal quarter ended June 30, reporting an overall profit up 27.2% from last year. The publisher says its sales totaled €131 million (or about $161 million) for the quarter. The company credits a couple of high-profile titles in particular for the success. The latest Tom Clancy title, Ghost Recon: Future Solider, sold “higher than expected,” and was reportedly the best-selling console title in the U.S. for both May and June. Online and digital titles such as Trials Evolution, which sold over 100,000 copies on Xbox LIVE Arcade in a record-setting day, were also credited.
