Naughty Dog has revealed that the major Patch 1.13 for Uncharted 3 we told you about last month is officially available for download right now. The patch, which has been “months in the making” according to the developer, is enormous, featuring 50 new trophies, many weapon and game mode tune-ups, a new multiplayer skin , and other such additions. A new Tournament System has also been revealed, as Naughty Dog says that the new feature will provide “a points-based competition that has three reward tiers which grant you special in-game weapons or items based on how well you played.” If you play well enough to unlock a particular weapon or item, you get to keep it until the next tournament period. 
Beyond all this, though, Naughty Dog has also announced that it will be releasing “unique, brand new multiplayer DLC” on a weekly basis, starting on August 15. It can be purchased through the PS Store, but the dev is also giving players the chance to unlock the upcoming 137 pieces of content “either by earning the necessary in-game levels” or “completing specific treasure sets.” To keep track of all of the new content, Naughty Dog says that they will be updating its blog from August 14 through September 4 in order to provide the full list of all the updated features and changes.
