Why Are Skyrim’s Dragons Flying Backward?

Why Are Skyrim’s Dragons Flying Backward?

None

If you’re a Skyrim player and you haven’t upgraded to version 1.2, you may want to consider waiting. The patch was supposed to do away with many of the existing bugs, and it does, but it also adds several new ones.

Probably the most laughable element in the 1.2 patch is the backward-flying dragons. Yes, dragons can now fly in reverse in the world of Skyrim.

Even though its fun to laugh at hilarious graphical glitches, this type of problem has become all too common for Skyrim players. Actually, it would be more accurate to say that this type of problem has become all too common for players of all Bethesda’s games. The developer has been bombarded with complaints about these 1.2 issues, but no one yet knows when the next patch will be released.

If you haven’t updated your copy of Skyrim, it is possible to decline it, but you won’t be able to connect to Xbox LIVE while playing (the latest patch is required to stay connected). And if you have updated, you can remove it, but you won’t be able to re-download the 1.1 patch, which means that you’ll have to play with all of the original bugs too.

Keep your fingers crossed that Bethesda will get another patch out quickly, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. It’s probably just going to break more things anyway.
