Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has already released Episode Zero of The Freedom Chronicles. But starting today, Episode One: The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe has become available. It’s open right now for players on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
The tale puts players in the shoes of Josephs Stallion, AKA Gunslinger Joe. He was once a popular professional football player, but now he’s a pro at killing Nazis. Gunslinger Joe has a unique ability called Ram Shackle that will help him on his quest to find and take down Rodrik Metze. Gunslinger Joe’s adventure will take him from a ruined Chicago all the way to outer space.
The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe is just Episode One in The Freedom Chronicles. It’s only accessible to Freedom Chronicles Season Pass owners. That in itself costs $24.99, but will include all three of the DLC packs. The two that are yet to come after this one are The Diaries of Agent Silent Death and The Deeds of Captain Wilkins. Considering all three feature a different playable character than the base game and showcase all new storylines, $24.99 seems more than fair.
