Xbox One February Update Lets You See Who’s in Parties

The Xbox One February Update is out today! This time, a lot of the new features are rather social. It seems like a big part of this update is about making connecting easier and offering a little more clarity.

For example, it’s easier to see who’s around and what they’re doing. If you go to join a party, you’ll be able to see who’s there before you decide to join. You’ll be alerted to new Activity Feed items. Friend suggestions will be improved. You can join Twitch broadcasts easier. You’ll also be able to check a Gamerscore Leaderboard to see how you compare to your friends.

The other adjustments seem designed to make the Xbox One more accommodating. You can rearrange the Xbox One Home pins and set them to launch when you’re offline. You can hide games from “ready-to-install,” program Chatpad hotkeys, and more quickly redeem 5×5 codes in the Games Store.

The February Xbox One update is now available, so go ahead and grab that new firmware!
