You’ll pick this one up from Olara, who’s shouting from the top of a rock outlook beside one of the main paths not far from where you fight the Scrapper in In Her Mother’s Footsteps.
Once you’ve got the quest, follow your waypoint to her brother’s camp where you’ll have to investigate a series of objects, then follow his tracks, then investigate. You’ll need to repeat this a few times before you find him on the top of a rocky outcrop. Talk him down from committing suicide and then his sister will swoop in to take care of him.
