You’ll get access to this quest after you gain entrance to the Hunter’s Lodge in Meridian. Talk to Aidaba to start it going. She’ll tell you that if you can get 15 Half Sun, 15 Full Sun and 15 Blazing Sun badges from the Hunting Lodges, you’ll get a reward for each level you reach.
The rewards are as such:
Half Suns – Lodge Blast Sling
Full Suns – Lodge Ropecaster
Blazing Suns – Lodge War Bow
