For Ninja Gaiden fans like me, the Vita just went from a “thing to buy at some point” to a “day-one purchase.” Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus, the handheld port of the brutally difficult hack-and-slasher, has been moved from a launch window title to a launch day release, according to the game’s official U.S. website. It will now be out February 22 alongside the console that plays it. Further, the newly launched website goes into more detail about what has changed in this edition of the game, from back touch panel-influenced Ninpo and gyroscopic aiming on the bow to an expanded series of special challenge missions.
