Activision Sends CoD Zombies To The Moon

Activision Sends CoD Zombies To The Moon

None

With Modern Warfare 3 on the way, Activision is tying up its last few loose ends with Call of Duty: Black Ops, and apparently all those loose ends have to do with zombies.

Recently, Activision announced their fourth and final map pack for Black Ops, entitled Black Ops: Rezurrection. (It’s spelled with a Z, because it’s way cooler that way.) The map pack is solely centered around Call Of Duty’s Zombies mode, with no new multiplayer maps to speak of.

The pack will come with all four zombie maps from Call of Duty: World at War, remastered and given a facelift for the Black Ops crowd. It will also include a map called “Moon” which is pretty much what it sounds like: zombies on the moon! Pretty much the best thing ever? Yeah, we think so too.

The pack will come out on the 360 first on August 23rd for 1200 Microsoft Points, though the pack will be free to people who own the “Hardened” or “Prestige” versions of the game. As of now there is no date for the PS3 or PC versions’ release, but we’d expect it to show up about a month after the 360 version. We do know that the pack will include a Moon dashboard theme, and the official Call of Duty Zombies soundtrack.
