Wake Up to Call of Duty: Black Ops III’s First DLC in February

Wake Up to Call of Duty: Black Ops III’s First DLC in February

If you play Call of Duty , you know the game itself is only part of why it’s so great. The DLC helps too, thanks to all sorts of maps, equipment, and experiences that stem from them. Call of Duty: Black Ops III is no different, and Activision has announced the first add-on will be Awakening in February.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III ‘s Awakening includes quite a bit of content. To start, there are four maps in the pack. Gauntlet is a military training facility, Rise is a subterranian research complex set in Zurich, Skyjacked is Call of Duty: Black Ops II ‘s Hijacked map reimagined, and Splash is set in a water park. It also comes with Der Eisendrache, a World War II Zombies map in an Austrian castle with Call of Duty: Black Ops II ‘s Richtofen, Nicolai, Takeo and Dempsey dealing with more undead.

Here’s a trailer.

The Awakening DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops III is the first of four add-ons. It will be coming to the PlayStation 4 on February 2. After a brief exclusivity period, it will come to other platforms.
