Ready to go for a run? Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has you covered. In addition to the campaign, multiplayer, and zombie modes, there are going to be time trials in the game. But it isn’t exactly what you’d expect it to be. Rather than tasking people with completing missions in a certain amount of time, the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Free Run has people attempting to dash through an obstacle course.

In case you don’t have 20 minutes to spend watching that video, here’s a summary of how Free Run works. The idea is to help people learn non-shooting skills and strategies that can carry over to the campaign, multiplayer, and zombie modes. There are four different courses, with one for beginners, another that’s the equivalent of normal difficulty, an advanced run, and one only for experts. Obstacles won’t only include things to run through, jump over, and get around, but also some puzzles to test people’s minds.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will come to the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Windows PC on November 6.
