Big things are in store for Battleborn . Gearbox has announced two major events for its online multiplayer game that plays like a MOBA, but the developer doesn’t like calling a MOBA. To start, everyone can enjoy a double experience event this weekend, from May 20-25. I guess that’s more than a weekend, huh?
You’ll probably want to take part as much as possible, because it could be a good opportunity to earn levels and in-game credits. Why? Because Alani is making her debut as Battleborn’ s first DLC character next week!
There are multiple ways to get Alani, as well as a way to get her early. People who played the PlayStation 4 open beta, own the Battleborn Digital Deluxe Edition, or have the season pass can use her May 24. She’ll launch for the general public on May 31, with people able to grab her with a Hero Key or 47,500 in-game credits.
That’s a pretty great way to distribute a new character. Do your best this weekend to earn extra levels and money, so you can welcome Alani home!
