EA recently teased a ‘new first-person shooter’ without giving any further details. The cat may be out of the bag. Today at the game’s official website the teaser trailer for Battlefield 3 was released. Of course, whether or not this was the ‘new’ shooter EA was teasing remains to be seen, but according to Game Informer this sequel aims to impress.  With ‘deferred rendering’ and ‘real-time radiosity,’ as well as a borrowed animation system from the EA Sports line and what’s being touted as an ‘exponential leap’ in destructibility, it looks like this sequel will have more tech than you could shake an Aston Martin at.
