ZeniMax Media has acquired the rights for id Software’s Rage from EA. EA has been making sweeping changes in the wake of a tough global economy, one of which is to limit the amount of titles it publishes. As such, EA has transferred the publishing rights of Rage to ZeniMax – the game will be published under the Bethesda Softworks brand. According to the presser, “The ongoing development of RAGE is unaffected by this development.”
