BioShock 2 Pushed Back to 2010

BioShock 2 Pushed Back to 2010

None

Take-Two CEO Ben Feder announced today that BioShock 2 will be getting delayed in order to polish the title up to the expectations of its fan base.

Feder specifically stated, “The decision to shift a release date is never an easy one, especially with a product as highly anticipated as BioShock 2. We felt that it was essential to invest the additional time to ensure that this title will deliver what its fans expect and deserve.”

Pushing back the game will make 2010 a dynamite year for Take-Two, assuming ,of course, the economic environment doesn’t further erode and its stellar list of games aren’t overshadowed by competitive releases. Take-Two’s 2010 lineup will now include BioShock 2, Mafia II, Max Payne 3, and Red Dead Redemption.
