Call of Duty: Black Ops has only been out for two days, but the game is already suffering from several issues. The PC version in particular has been suffering from massive slowdowns, lag, and ridiculous CPU consumption (even up to 85% in some situations!), which has led to some serious frustration on the part of PC users. Treyarch’s David Vonderhaar has acknowledged the situation, and says that they are not “totally sure what is going on yet” but they are trying to “work it out.” We hope there will be some type of patch released soon because it seems this issue is affecting almost all PC users, which could cripple the PC userbase for the franchise.  |
