New hacking mechanics have been thoroughly integrated across Los Santos so that now you can take control of traffic lights, traffic cameras, ATMs, trains, and cars. The potential for absolute chaos and destruction is off the charts, and a simple tweak in traffic light timing can cause a massive pileup in mere seconds.
