It looks like EA is finally taking steps to stamp out the cheaters in Battlefield 3. Yesterday, DICE created a job posting for an Anti Cheat Administrator. The ad reads: “The administrator will compose an absolutely vital function to secure the online experience our games represent by actively be a part of the community and keep up to date with the current cheat exposure. The administrator will also own the analytical work with our player behavior data to keep our leaderboards and game play filled with fair play.” I think we can forgive them their grammatical errors; after all, the position is in Stockholm.
If that sounds interesting, feel free to send a resume and cover letter in, but just remember, you’re probably applying against a few thousands overly-enthusiastic teenage boys. By Josh Engen |
