As of today, you can digitally pre-order Pokemon Sun & Moon from the Nintendo 3DS eShop and immediately preload your preferred version of the game ahead of its launch later this month. Doing so will ensure that your game is ready to unlock the moment the clock strikes midnight on November 18. As a bonus, players who pre-order will receive 12 Quick Balls to use in the full game. (Quick Balls are a special type of Pokeball that work better the earlier in battle they are used— perfect for those especially flighty roaming legendaries.)
The preload requires 3.2GB of storage, so be sure to make space on your SD card before you hit the eShop. It’s worth noting that the Pokemon Sun & Moon demo that released last month ended up revealing a significant amount of information about the full game. What sort of secrets lie hidden within the preload data, I wonder?
